What is PolyHelper?

PolyHelper is a browser extension that adds 25+ analytics and intelligence panels to Polymarket. It gives you real-time data — crypto prices, sports scores, polling averages, geopolitical intelligence, and more — directly inside the Polymarket interface, without needing to switch between tabs.

Is PolyHelper free?

Yes. PolyHelper is free to install and use. Download it from the Chrome Web Store.

Does PolyHelper work on all browsers?

PolyHelper currently supports Chrome, Brave, Edge, and Opera (any Chromium-based browser). Firefox and Safari are not yet supported.

Is PolyHelper affiliated with Polymarket?

No. PolyHelper is an independent product built by traders who use Polymarket. It is not an official Polymarket product. However, our CMO Valeriy is an official Polymarket Ambassador.

Installation & Technical

How do I install PolyHelper?

Visit polyhelper.io or search for "PolyHelper" in the Chrome Web Store. Click "Add to Chrome" and confirm. See the full Installation Guide.

The panels aren't showing up on Polymarket. What do I do?

  1. Make sure the extension is enabled at chrome://extensions/

  2. Refresh the Polymarket page (Ctrl+R)

  3. Make sure you're on a specific market page (not the homepage)

  4. Try disabling any VPN or aggressive ad-blockers

  5. If still not working, reach out on Discord

Does PolyHelper slow down my browser?

PolyHelper is designed to be lightweight. Data is loaded lazily — only the panels relevant to the current market are fetched. On a standard computer you should not notice any performance impact.

Does PolyHelper collect my data?

PolyHelper does not collect or sell personal data. The extension only requests permissions needed to function on Polymarket pages.

Security & Safety

Can PolyHelper access my wallet?

No. PolyHelper cannot and does not access your crypto wallet, private keys, seed phrase, or any financial information. It is a purely informational tool.

Can PolyHelper place trades on my behalf?

No. PolyHelper is read-only. It cannot place, modify, or cancel orders on Polymarket or any other platform.

I was asked for my seed phrase by "PolyHelper" — is this real?

No. This is a scam. PolyHelper will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or password. If you see such a request, do not comply — report it in our Discord immediately.

Rewards Program

How do I start earning points?

Install the extension, connect your Polymarket wallet address in the PolyHelper dashboard, and claim your first daily points. See the full Rewards Program guide.

How many points do I need to be eligible for the airdrop?

A minimum of 10 points is required to be eligible for any airdrop distribution.

Do I need to do anything special to track my trading volume?

Just connect your Polymarket wallet address in the PolyHelper dashboard. Your trading history is tracked automatically — past volume counts too.

Can I earn points without trading?

Yes. Daily claims (+0.5/day), referrals, and social tasks all earn points without requiring any trading activity on Polymarket.

When is the airdrop?

The timing has not been announced. Follow @Poly_Helper on X for the latest updates.

How often does the data update?

  • Crypto prices: every 30 seconds

  • Sports scores: every 60 seconds (live)

  • News feed: every 2–5 minutes

  • Poll averages: every 6–12 hours

  • Economic data: daily

Can I suggest a new feature or data source?

Yes! Post feature requests in #feedback on Discord or message @Poly_Helper on X.

Why don't I see panels on every Polymarket market?

Panels only load when they're relevant to the specific market. A crypto market loads crypto data; a sports market loads sports data. Some niche markets may not yet have dedicated panel support.

Is data from PolyHelper accurate?

PolyHelper aggregates data from established, trusted sources. While we aim for high accuracy, always verify critical information from primary sources before making large trading decisions.
